Refunds
You buy our software from Moonbase, the seller of record, so refunds are paid by Moonbase. This page explains your rights in plain words. Moonbase’s General Terms & Conditions for Buyers are the binding version.
Try it before you buy
auxCord has a free 14-day trial with every feature. Please try it in your own sessions first: it’s the best way to know it works on your computer and with your DAW before you pay.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of your order being confirmed, without giving a reason. Your right is against the seller named on your order, which is Moonbase.
For software, this right ends once delivery starts, but only if, at checkout, you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right when it starts. Moonbase’s checkout asks for that consent and delivers your licence right after you pay, so in practice the right usually ends as soon as your purchase is complete.
Moonbase handles withdrawals and refunds. To withdraw before delivery has started, send the seller a clear statement that you are withdrawing, for example by email to support@moonbase.sh with your order number and the email address you bought with. Moonbase refunds you within 14 days, to the payment method you used, without fees.
If our software doesn’t work as described
Write to us first at support@mountainroaddsp.com. Most problems are a setting or a network issue, and we’ll help you sort it out.
If you are a consumer, you also keep your legal rights: if the software doesn’t work as described, you are entitled to have it fixed. If it can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, if the fault is serious, or if it isn’t fixed after you asked, you are entitled to a price reduction or, unless the fault is minor, to your money back. You can also make these claims against Moonbase as the seller, which works with us to put things right.
After a refund
Moonbase pays refunds to the payment method you used. Once a purchase is refunded, its licence and activations are removed.
