Terms
These terms apply when you use mountainroaddsp.com. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Who runs this site
This website is run by Mountainroad DSP S.à r.l.-S, Luxembourg (“we”, “us”). Our full company details are in the imprint.
Buying our software
When you buy on this site, you buy from Moonbase, the seller of record: Moonbase AS (Norway) or Moonbase LLC (USA), whichever is named on your order. Moonbase takes your payment, charges VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice and handles refunds, under its General Terms & Conditions for Buyers.
Your use of the software is governed by our licence agreement, which is between you and us. Refunds and your right of withdrawal are explained in our refund policy.
Prices
Prices for buyers in the EU include VAT. Local sales tax may be added at checkout for buyers outside the EU. The checkout shows the final price before you pay; if it ever differs from a price shown on this site, the checkout price applies, and you can simply not complete the purchase.
Accounts, licences and downloads
Your account, licences, activations and downloads are managed by Moonbase, and you reach them through your account on this site. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Support
Help with installing, activating and using our software is on the support page. For anything else, write to support@mountainroaddsp.com.
Using this site
The text, images, logos and software on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal personal use without our permission. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or get around the licence checks.
Links and availability
We keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as we can, but it may contain mistakes. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them. We try to keep this site running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, under product liability law, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential for what we offer, and then only for damage that was typically foreseeable. For our software, section 10 of the licence agreement has the details, including lost data and business customers. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The version shown when you bought something applies to that purchase, and changes never take away rights from a licence you already bought. The date below shows when they last changed.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and where the law allows, you may bring a claim in its courts.
